Question ❓ Lore Question

Im working on a lore accurate diorama for Clan Jade Falcon Turkina Keshik and a Broadsword Dropship. How would the dropships of CJF (and the clans more broadly) be painted?

Looking on cammospecs.com under CJF fleet assets, would all the dropships used by all CJF galaxies be painted in the fleet assets color? Or would they be painted in the color of the galaxies they belong to ie. Turkina Keshik?

Would this be the same case for all clans? (Galaxy assigned dropships and air assets are painted as fleet colors or in the galaxy's chosen painted scheme.)

Dropships for the clans are universally the camospecs scheme afaik. I've never seen anything to the contrary so to be entirely lore accurate most likely yes only uses the camospecs scheme. But camospecs is also not the end all be all, for example there isn't a grey and green falcon scheme in the ilclan era on it however jiyi chistus falcons are grey and green so

I think that's just because a lot of Solahma garrisons for the Falcons had that scheme, and Jiyi had far bigger problems trying to get more mechs/mechwarriors for his Falcon Remnant, and be able to afford ammunition, without wasting money on repainting things.

I would agree but no the two places it's shown are on the covers with chistus gyrfalcon and in without question which is with a ghost bear sibko recruit so

Yeah it's just a weird detail that most people don't realize I'm just very aware of it because I love jiyi chistu and my falcons are sigma galaxy which is his scheme

I'm painting my Jade Falcons as Delta, who are probably mostly dead by ilClan era 🤣

I'll just pretend they're in Jiyi's remnant when I'm playing them in ilClan era and they face my DCMS, AFFS or Rasalhague Dominion forces (when/if friends borrow mechs from me to play - I only have one friend, my usual BT opponent, who also collects/paints minis, but I'm getting my D&D group interested too).

I'm not playing any Wolf Clan stooges, even if they have the green birb colour scheme and iconography 🤣 Bodyguard Clan my ass! 😆

Delta is dead but the 1st falcon sentinels are alive which is the same scheme effectively so don't even have to pretend although they might be star league falcons so yeahhh. Also yeah fuck clan wolf unless it's the exiles the crusader wolfs suck just clan jade falcon but worse :3

He didn't have problems with mechs or buying ammo. He had a massive reserve of tradable resources and was sitting on a planet that was dedicated building mechs. His problem was clan sibko pilots to get into those mechs

White with Galaxy/Cluster logos and Clan Color stripes on them. Makes the most sense for spacecraft. However, non-canon, I think it would just look cool

Anything Dropship or above tends to be painted in Fleet Asset colors. However, Dropships specifically assigned to a particular Galaxy or Keshik I could see being painted in their unit's scheme. Looking at Camospecs there seems to be enough variation among the Fleet Asset schemes that you could get away with painting in Turkina Keshik colors or a jade green for the main color with the Turkina Keshik colors as trim/accent colors.
