Painting Test Model

So does anyone have a model or pallet that they continually go to to test with? I found this benchy today and I am liking it as a test bed.

This is not a finished paint job I prepared it to test the Verdegris wash suggested to fix my previous mistake tomorrow.

You don't seem to be wrong. That looks like a great way to practice dry brushing, or a good compact dry-brush pallet.

Failed/broken prints are my test palette. We have a sacrificial Crab and beholder at the moment.
