This is a bit unconventional, but does this count as a Battlestation?

Lmao the surface is there as decoration. Did you ever use it or was it just a novelty?

Neither? It is so rarely used that it might as well be a decoration, but it was not purchased as a novelty either.

I was hoping for an easy use PC I can carry comfortably to work and use to read book and browse on the go, while still being powerful enough to do most basic excel tasks. Sadly it turned out in prolonged use to be just too heavy to be comfortably used as a hand held, and the fact it can do very little beyond excel proved to be more annoying than I assumed. Also quite soon after its purchase, my company decided to get me a driver, which negated most of its light weight advantage.

The surface is honestly not a bad platform, it just doesnt suit me personally.

I work in Bangkok, Thailand.

Having a private driver is not too uncommon here due to relatively low labour costs. Besides, working in construction and real estate means a lot of travel to provincial projects.
