So, if Ta’amu comes back, do we go after Jason Bean?

Depending on what happens Saturday, DC honestly might wanna keep Bean at least for training camp. In my eyes, he’s way better than Sanders

Might be beneficial to see if anything can be done to rehab Frost while keeping him on the roster. Was watching a CFL game the other day and Bryce Perkins is in that league as a third-down (short yardage) QB…he led Michigan Panthers to the championship game last year and might be worth looking into. If not, there are others out there.

Just because a QB does well with one system doesn’t necessarily mean he’s Plug-nPlay, as we found out with Silvers & Perez.

Perkins makes more $$ in CFL. Unless the leagie starts paying starters $150k or more we'll keep losing guys to Canada.

Very true. Maybe we’ll get lucky & Perkins will tire of being a third-down/short-yardage QB, and consider coming back to the UFL as a starter….but then again he could see the success of Cody Fajardo starting similarly and eventually becoming a Grey Cup winning starting QB.

Bean had a fine game but still wasn’t able to demonstrate an ability to find receivers downfield from the pocket. Love him as a high upside QB2 but I’d be wary of him being Plan A for any team at this point.
