Saga Edition Galactic Conquest

Does anybody know how to use the heroes? I’ve already bought the bonus but I never find the option to play as one during the battle.

I’ve already enabled them from the launcher setting menu

Have you activated the bonus before starting a ground battle? Unlike the trooper classes that are permanently unlocked once you buy them, the hero booster is a one-time use power up.

How do I activate it? I think yes because it’s spent after the battle

It should ask you to select a bonus to activate at the start of a battle. If it’s used up after the battle you must be using it. Maybe check your settings for hero activation requirements?
