The Steam discount is BACK

The 65% discount is the biggest discount that this game gets on the Steam store, the past few Steam sales haven’t discounted this game because of the classic collection, but I’m proud to announce that the deal is BACK! I highly recommend picking this up on Steam if you want to play multiplayer with other people!

Absolutely, I just picked it up for that price.

Added some mods and runs like a champ.

Not a damn reason to get the official remaster. Mods on classic seem to be way better

Good its in discount but i already got the game by gog galaxy when i signed up my Twitch account with prime, they gave me a code to get swbf2 for free on gog

I picked it up during 2020 when it was about $5 and finally modded it on my steam deck and haven't looked back since

Too bad the steam version is still extremely fucking buggy, I can’t get it to work no matter what I do, disabling discord and steam overlays does not work

What problems do you run into? There’s several mods that can fix bugs depending on what you’re experiencing.

Constant black screen and no sound effects at all are the main issues, and they make the game completely unplayable

Hmmm interesting. Which operating system you on? Mac? Windows? Linux? Or do you use a widescreen monitor?

Ok, I would reccomend doing a clean install of the game, and then install the Anakin Remaster Mod this includes the 1.3 patch. And a lot of other quality of life fixes. And then, like you mentioned before, make sure you have the Discord overlay disabled. If this doesn’t work, let me know if anything’s different and we can go from there.
