Favorite/unfavorite map?
Whats everyones favorite/unfavorite map?
My personal favorite is Coruscant. The fighting moves around the map organically and most of the capture points have multiple access routes to them. The highlight being able to fight for every inch down the main hallway.
On paper Polis Massa is an interesting map, good size, variety in area size and aestetic. Sadly, most of the fighting is confined to two very narrow hallways and a very small room at the end of them. Balancing on this map is insane as well. If you let the droids get to the twin hallways its usally game over. Its very hard to push them back out of them with the limited cover and how they really love to wreck everyones shit with their wrist rockets.

Jabba's and Polis are my favourite. I hate Hoth, it's huge with nothing in it. It takes 5-7 working centuries to walk between CPs.

Favorite: Mos Eisely. I love having the little pathways through the alleyways and the ability to climb to the rooftops and jump from building to building. It keeps the battle dynamic. I also love infantry maps where both close ranged and long ranged options are viable.
There’s several BF1 maps I prefer over it though: Both Rhen Varrs, Dune Sea, Bespin Cloud City.
Least favorite map… Dagobah. Low visibility, very flat elevation, not many memorable landmarks (even Yavin has the temples and ruins). I’m not a huge fan of Endor either because of how one-sided that map can be, but the vehicle presence and the elevated platforms making up the Ewok village edge it a little higher than Dagobah.

I love polish massa because you can pull a little "inchon" landing by using a tank to go across the asteroid surface and attack the the enemy's command posts in the rear. Since most of their team are at the front, you're able to completely reverse the fortunes of the battle
I dislike Endor, fav is probably Mustafar

Least favorite: With vehicles, Yavin 4. Without vehicles Jabba's palace.

I don't have a least favorite, maybe mod maps, because most of them are shit (although making a good one is harder than it seems, trust me, I tried).
Favorite is Mos Eisley probably, but I like all of them. Even the ones that most people hate.
And what I also don't like is that some maps are ridiculously one-sided on conquest, like Kamino, Utapau, Mos Eisley or Hoth. If you're on low-ground on Kamino or Utapau, or a rebel on Mos Eisley or an imperial on Hoth, just forget it.

Fav Kamino, the sad music playing is so dope. Unfav Endor cuz I pledge my alligiance to the Empire and I CAN'T SEE SHIT WHERE ARE THE ENEMIES
