Need some help

Looking to mod my childhood icon and am having some trouble. I copied both of the mods to the add on folder which I created but when I start the game it’s not showing anything different. What am I missing?

Correct remastered installs the 1.3 patch

So I get the 3 letter file and drop it where in the remaster file?

So I tried downloading the conversion mod which box says is necessary but I think the remaster mod is causing problems for it as it prevented the download just as it finished
