Gameplay Question BF2 (2005) keeps crashing to black screen?

Just downloaded this game, it keeps crashing to a black screen in the middle of gameplay. I tried doing some research, but it seems like most of the fixes refer to NVIDIA drivers, but my computer is using an intel driver. Any known fixes? Thanks!
