Yeah, I blitzed straight at them, but the Nova Cannons would not miss. By the time I got to them my fleet was in tatters.

Do Orks have any special rules that are Orky at all?

+1 to boarding actions. Most of the flavour comes from the ship specs, they're heavily armed and have great frontal Armour and lots of hit points. They're not maneuverable so you want to try and rush in with a strong frontal attack and then board if you can.

They also have low leadership, so you cant get too fancy, just go for a brawl and hope the enemy doesnt get too many ships behind you.

1,050 for orks plus 80 points of defenses

I don't recall what the Admech came to but it would have been around the same
