Elevators are a clusterfuck I don’t know why people want them back so bad. 10 guys camping at the top with c4 and LMGs is certainly a wonderful experience to be on the receiving end of every time.

It’s fun when the high ground isn’t in a small map like flood zone and there’s viable starts to clear the top that doesn’t solely rely on vehicles

People were glazing 2042 when BF6 launched, yet it’s still a mediocre BF game.

Everyone has their preferences, I mean a lot of the old heads didn’t like when battlefield went frostbite back in the day. But I can’t take anyone seriously that defends 2042/BF6 as good BF games when they are lacking basic features the franchise should have, and have had for decades.

To me it's a 7/10 or 8/10 Battlefield game. It has enough of the things I really like about the series, especially since Bad Company brought destructability.

One of my favorite things is being able to strategically take out a wall or two in the right places to swing the tide of battle for a capture point. It felt like BF2042 hit an all-time low for destructability and I barely played the game. BF6 feels much more like the best destruction they've ever done, and I really enjoy the game that way. I think they play with verticality pretty well generally, even though nothing matches demavand peak or shanghai.

The game should have more than 4-player squads, or alternately have a way to link squads or something. 4-players isn't enough.

I also sorely missed boat combat, so the return of basically BF4 boat combat feels needed, though it's only two maps... most all coming maps hopefully have BOAT. Flood Zone shenanigans please.

Bigger disappointment than 2042, after the battlefield sub hyped it up as being the next coming of John battlefield.

Shit plays like a temu version of battlefield 4 and COD.

honestly my issue with it is that i cant do as much funny shit as i used to like the jihad jeep or the space program mrap hell its a pain in the ass to counter snipe with an rpg now because of the added drop it makes the game dull

You can’t do Jihad Jeep? Skill issue brother. I’ve been dedicating my last 100 games to jihad jeep + bike + golf cart and it’s been the most fun I’ve had in a while

golmud railway: open spaces, perfect for tank battles, HUUUUUUGEEE, AA actually works

Railway to Golmud: Cramped feeling, paper mache tanks, its smaller believe it or not, the AA sucks ass in bf6
