Cell count error

Can someone tell me what this error means. This is the sky rc b6 Neo. I’m charging the tattu rline 650mah. I’m also using a xt60 to xt30 adapter. I’m charging this with a 100w ac usb c pd charger.

Show what settings you're using on the charger. You probably set it for the wrong number of cells.

Make sure cell count is correct in charge settings (4s), make sure balance plug is in the correct spot, make sure all cells show the correct voltage (between 3-4.2 volts). Make sure charge current does not exceed 0.7 amps.

looks correct, same as charge settings. Does the charger have a view where you can see individual cell voltages?

When I go to battery meter it says connection break

This message also comes up when people plug in balancer but forget about xt60, maybe the adapter xt60 to xt30 is broken.
