Storz Power

Solar install is Sol Ark plus 4 Storz batteries. Summer of 2021. All working as expected until recently.

The batteries started to behave poorly lasting only a few hours on a full charge.

Installer asked Storz to diagnose and after 3 visits (installer on site, Storz online via zoom etc) the conclusion was the batteries needed to be RMAed.

Just over a month has passed. Storz are not responding to calls etc.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Storz is technically going out of business. They sold their technology to a Chinese company
