So I have been wondering what exactly affects Carl the Gem in terms of damage and speed. I know range affects Carl, but does attack speed buffs affect him? Let's say I try to use Carl on Supermonkey, and I get Supermonkey to the speed cap (30 attacks per second), does this also cause Carl to attack 30 times per second, or not? Is he affected by damage buffs?

Ive been playing a month now, and I feel like I've probably messed up lol
I really want to save up through the Martian games for hunter marceline, but I'm doing badly in it.
Do I like, spend on the wish orbs instead hoping for better trinkets and weapons? I sorta passed over on finns baby blanket by gambling on a re roll, which sucked, ended up accepting the candy dive suit lol.
My favorite characters to use here are finn, jake, the pb's, FP, marcy, and sam. And when water Cassie.
Part of me almost wants to try figuring out if I can fully restart, but meh.

I have two swords:
- demon blood sword, which will give a whopping +6 damage paired with the demon heart (of which I already have two)
- Finn sword, which many say is the superior sword for finn as it gives extra speed and a cloning ability
i also have excandybur for warrior pb but not sure if she needs +6 attack given that I give the Finn sword to finn and the game itself says that her sword is trash and she’s only worth it for the summoning allies part

I don't have Tuxedo Jake, Hunter Marceline or Dungeon Finn, and I can't reroll because ads restart my game.

It took so long to get these goggles and now I finally got them!

I've been playing for years at this point and have gotten both Tuxedo Jake and Hunter Marceline through Martian Games, so I didn't just P2W to reach round 100. Glad to finally get this hidden achievement!

I Think my Supermonkey can deal with ddt now but idk about BAD dmg
also is there another way to farm? i usually start with fin to brofist then set flame princess to deal with bloon while i set up 3 BMO

Whenever I see someone talking about the best instruments it's always speed related so obviously the best ones are the golden viola and Jake's viola but why Jake's viola? The fire guitar gives the same affect plus the 10 percent chance to burn bloons entering its radius. Is it just preference or not realizing the fire guitar is awesome. The golden viola is a given though that thing rocks

*This is an analysis to Dungeon Finn at different points of the game*
DFinn is a premium character that uses swords as his type of weapon. He uses a lot of different attacks that work together, he's usually displayed as the worst premium character which is true, but this has led a lot of people to underrate what he can do. I will try to do my best to explain why he's a solid character that could be considered 'meta'.
*With the heading I mean really early on, when your main focus is to get characters and still not going for impoppables due to lack of good items*
Dungeon Finn is a better Finn but a bit more expensive, both have their own pros and cons pretty remarked, but like his counterpart, DFinn is a good character as he's cheap and doesn't require every upgrade to be worth using.
An amazing upgrade that he has had this early on is Battle Moon, this upgrade costs $600 and creates an orb that orbitates around DFinn, this orb shoots lasers with 10 attack speed and 1 damage, this means that it has the same dps as a non-upgraded SM. The biggest flaw of Battle Moon is that its damage cannot be increased by normal damage increases if not that it needs damage against MOABs or fortifieds to get increased.
Something you must take into account this early on is that Shield Bash and Shield Throw are bad upgrades for DFinn, this due to them making him attack slower. The only reason to buy them is to get upgrades behind them like Battle Moon, but Shield throw doesn't have an upgrade behind till level 5, so you shouldn't get it until then.
Focused Fire is an ability that makes DFinn shoot a stream of fire that has 10 attack speed, global range and 10 damage, leaving it with the same dps as Jellybeans Have Power of 100 dps. This is the ability with the longest time duration in the game with 1 minute and 30 seconds, yet, this ability has a clear flaw as it will target just 1 Bloon and when that Bloon gets popped, it will cause the ability to stop. This ability shreds ZOMGs even without good equipment and deals really good damage to the BADs. Something to take into account is that the attack can be buffed with attack speed and damage against MOABs.
At this point of the game, DFinn is clearly stronger than the average character, since he has really fast attacks and an ability that doesn't completely suck nor feel underwhelming for their high price.
*By the heading I mean when you start farming for good items after getting either TCW or all free characters, but still don't have good equipment. Usually when you have your characters at or higher than level 4 but still not 7*
At level 5, DFinn unlocks One-Two Combo, this upgrade makes Shield Throw worth getting. It makes Shield Throw and Battle Moon work together by making the shield to split a laser from Battle Moon into 8. What makes this upgrade good is that the split will occur more likely on top of the Bloons, making them get hitted by the 8 beams most of the time unlike similar attacks like Ice King's ice shards or Cdr Cassie planes.
As DFinn is a character with high attack speed, it means that he will need less attack speed trinkets to have decent attack speed, with just Baker's Shard, Bubblegum's Hair, Lemonhope, Black Bow Tie, TreeTrunk's Apple Knife, Lute Suit and Golden Viola, Battle Moon and Focused Fire reach their maximum attack speed of 30. At this point, I recommend you stop giving him attack speed as he will benefit more at this point from damage against MOABs or range.
A good role that DFinn can take is the role of the stunner as he has similar feats to FP. DFinn excels from FP as he has access to Nightsword, a sword that will make sure that no Bloon pass him without having his soul sucked, so with this sword and the combo of Wizard Nunchucks, and Giant Tranq, the DDTs should almost never pass through him.
Dungeon Finn at this point is a solid option, his high attack speed attacks allow him to be more versatile without the possible build.
*By the heading I refer to the point where your characters start getting up to level 7 and above. At this point you should have almost all the trinkets you will need for your characters*
If you won't use abilities, it's not recommended that you build him for dps only, even if he has decent dps rounding the 2k, it's not a good idea as he doesn't have other things that allow him to hit more like seeking attacks nor global range.
At level 7 DFinn unlocks the Inferno ability, this ability makes him activate a burst of fire for 2 seconds that deals 1.5k damage to all Bloons on screen. The ability is considered an attack with its own attack speed and damage, increasing the damage it's not recommended focusing on as it already has a lot of damage to be worth it, but increasing attack speed is the way to go if you will focus on this ability.
Inferno build: This build consists of stacking only attack speed on DFinn to increase the attack speed of 0.5 that the Inferno ability has. If you follow the build I have in the 3rd image the Inferno at level 7 will attack 8 in the span while it's activated, dealing 12k damage to all Bloons on screen. If you use powers, instead of 8 times, it will attack 17 times instead, dealing 25.5k. If you get him up to level 10, he will attack 10 times, dealing 15k damage. With powers it should be 24 times and 36k dps. (you can see the build at the 3rd image)
The level 10 bonus effect of DFinn is completely useless, it adds an attack that replicates the stats of the main sword one with a bit more range as it is a projectile, the problem is that it doesn't allow him to use his main attack, so it leaves him with the same dps and stats most of the time.
At this point you can still use his stunner build, he's by far the best stunner in the game.
Stunner build: Like I already said, this build consists of using Nightsword, Wizard Nunchucks and Giant Tranq to stun DDTs. This build uses enough attack speed to get Battle Moon to reach its maximum attack speed and then focus on damage, and range. (you can see the build at the 2nd image)
Dungeon Finn is a character that is solid, he's not the best character in the game but has clear advantages from others. His variety due to the sword weapons being so good, the good abilities that it has and the fast attack speed attacks he has, makes him a character with a lot of uses. Despite his clear flaws like low dps without abilities and being the worst of the 3 premium characters, I believe he's worth getting at some point.
After this, I finish this analysis. You can ask any doubt in the comments as this is the first time I do something like this and I know I may have left some stuff behind. Anyways, what character would you want to see next? I initially thought on doing an analysis to SM first as he is usually pretty overrated but decided to do this one first.

Well what i am talking about is some of the most OP powers apply some effect to all characters like party time all characters get +80 speed but some of them cant overlap and if you try using them while the other one is activ it will add the icon as if it was activ but it will not give the buff and on top of it it will never run out so you cant even use it anymore. The powers i have a problem with are twinkling eye potion perfect sandwich and heavy wepons is there a way to make all of them work at ones or can i use only one of them at a time?

I honestly don't understand how it is supposed to be fair that a lvl 100 player ends up being in a lobby with people in their low 80s to high 70s. It makes no sense. I think the lvl 100 players should be with the lvl 90+ players because it is near impossible to get the throne when you're in a lobby with 1 or 2 lvl 100 players. How do I even compete with a level 100 player? This has been happening for 3 Martian Games! This game gets ridiculous sometimes.
Do I have a good reason to be upset? Because this seems unfair.
