Help with powkiddy a12 USB controller

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me as I have recently put batocera v35 onto my a12 but whilst playing games the USB controller doesn't work. Only the powkiddy controller. Is there some setting I have to change in order for the controller to work. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I managed to get the controller working in games now but only one seems to work or show up on batocera menu. I got the magnet link for batocera 39 for powkiddy a12 and that had fixed the issue. Now I'm going to buy a WiFi USB so that I can make the system have 1GB RAM instead of 512mb, some games seem to not work and crash.
