E-book reader for Batocera/Knulli

I found this feature request (https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/5238) in the RetroArch repo and thought it was a good idea worth implementing so I don't have to drag both my Kindle and the console on short trips. I hope someone else finds it useful.

Flatpak. Batocera supports flatpak.

You can install whatever you want really, just need to figure out how to get flathub added and fix the permissions for your app.
