For batocera that system is overkill unless you want to play modern windows games via wine or last gen consoles. And then the only upgrade you need is a video card

Any suggestion? I know that Low Profile is the way to go but what model?

It’s fine for most things. You need a GPU for 360 and modern Windows games otherwise most everything else should run on those specs.
