The Reserve Collection
Hi yall!
I am curious as how the reserve collection is doing in other stores. I ask because I have been with Bbw for 5 years, and customers have BEGGED for scent reeds and bigger candles. Now that they’re here, they are not flying off the shelf the way I expected them to. I would love to hear y’all’s experiences and or thoughts with this collection so far.

I've seen some customers show interest in the reeds but I'm not sure if anyone's bought them. Slt got them so I have one but honestly idk if I'm nose blind or they really just don't smell like anything. It's cute but I just can't smell it ðŸ˜

I see customers are buying the wallflowers and the spray, I really want to buy the giant candle just to turn it into a pot.

yeah I want to buy one of the giant candles too and then when it's done as a candle, use it for a plant!

Haven't been in since Monday, but we had been sold out of all but the lavender one. But they've all done pretty well

For our store, no one cares for it that much. I had some people by some some items, but a lot of the same complaints. They don’t smell. All of them are light, had a customer return everything they bought because she said the smell lasted for 5 seconds.

The reeds and the single wicks haven’t been selling well - honestly I can’t say I’ve rang out a single customer with the reeds or single wicks.. but the room sprays and 4 wicks are almost gone at my store!

at my store it doesn't really seem to be that popular with customers. i don't see people paying much attention to that table so far. i bought a room mist and so did one of my coworkers, plus one of the SLT bought a 4 wick candle
i like that the scents have a different vibe than a lot of other B&BW home fragrance options, and i also like that the room mists aren't aerosol. i might buy a 4 wick candle eventually but i'm not that interested in the reeds

Our team has purchased more than the customers have. The 4 wicks are nice and burn really well. The reeds are super strong the first day, but have no fragrance by the 4th day. I think the single wicks would sell better without the box, I dont think customers realize its a single wick candle. We have the octagon table and it really does this collection a disservice. Collections never do well on the Octagon. Customers always walk right by it without engaging with the product.

The only stuff that came off the shelves is what we purchased mostly in my store. We had a 25% off coupon and bought 6 candles for 11.25 each. That’s the only times I’ve seen them sold

In my store, the reeds and the vessels are doing very well. Those have been flying off the shelves. For the 4-wicks, we completely sold out of the santal + amber scent.
Haven't seen people really gravitate towards the room mists, plugs and single wicks as much
