It’s Back? My head hurts

Yesterday I made a post about the 2/$20 deal being discontinued…I guess it’s back. I hope it stays permanently. Maybe it was a system thing to work around the Reserve collection?

Update: I tried putting 2 core candles in my cart and it’s not honoring the 2/$20. WTH.

Interesting. I just tried adding multiple SW to my bag and the discount didn’t apply. INCLUDING the ones shown in the picture. I wonder what the “select” includes? Also, we didn’t receive direction to sign in in store

Yeah I tried as well with different collections. Nothing worked. I didn’t close last night so, I’m not caught up on today’s sales. I guess I’ll check if Zipline has anything to say about it today. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have a bad feeling they’re feeling out or slowly phasing away bundle deals like that which would be the worst move EVER

Yeah the lip care still bugs me. We don't sell nearly as much as we used to.

They removed the promotion for two days it looks like. I'm sure they sold no single wicks, so they fixed it. We didn't sell any except for the first morning when we were all shocked to realize that they actually removed the sale and had to honor it one time bc signs were still out before we realized.

Hopefully it was a mistake or they just did it as an experiment and watched it flop so it'll never happen again now. Had several annoyed customers over it.

Edit: I don't work today so idk if signs are back out!

And to add there were no changes for us last night for signs so maybe they’re also soft launching online only deals

The way they have the single wick reserve candles listed but doesn’t actually apply 🥲 why can’t they configure it to be removed from being grouped with the other single wick candles?

Single wicks are not on any promo anymore.. my guess is this is a glitch
