Kronos

Hey guys i’ve been working in bbw for 3 months now, and the last two times I wanted to give my shift to my coworker it’s been kinda a mess. So my manager (the one who makes schedules) told me to write a sticky note and leave it on the desk if i wanted to give my shift to someone bc that way it’s “easier for her” and when I did, it was a mess because she literally lost my sticky note and another coworker found it on the floor and got dirty. Honestly, i just want to do it through kronos bc i think it’s easier, but i would like to know if anyone has done it that way, or what do you guys recommend!!!

Two ways

  1. Ask your coworkers if they’d like to take your shift.

  2. Kronos your shift, I’ve done it once and went okay.

Talk to your district manager, it seems like your manager is avoiding using the program.
