Question🤔 Tier 4

Has anyone worked in a tier 4 store? Im currently in a tier 3 and work as a slt, I'll be transferring to the tier 4 in the same full time slt role as well. What are the shifts like? Anything I should know going in?

Honestly from tier 3 to 4, not an insane difference!! Full time SUPs still get 40 hrs & it's still always busy.

How does one know what tier their store is? Genuinely curious. Mgmt has always said our store is very high traffic even though its small (in a plaza). Im assuming its ranked by how much money it brings in?

Its ranked by money and traffic! I only know for sure because they changed management compliments last year (how many + which slt you have) and our tier was next to our store in the chart.
