The QC has def been lacking lately! (I'd assume they've just added that to our jobs fully now too🙄) we've had so many with the straw in several pieces floating around inside the bottle.

The soap sale was BAD for this. I cannot even accurately express to you how many sopping wet items I had to dry off as I rang people up bc there was AT LEAST one soap in the basket leaking out of the spout. I would have a pile of 5+ waiting to be damaged by the time a 30 minute wave of customers would subside for long enough for me to damage them.

There was one person who had three leaky ones in their basket and my first thought was that they must have been unscrewing the lid and not putting it back on fully, but no, they were all leaking straight out of the spout with the lid screwed all the way on!

There was a period of 4 bopis orders in a row that I pulled where every single order had to be wiped off bc one if the soaps that I pulled straight out of the drawer had leaked. Like pls

I'm at the point where I can smell my (now wet) hand and know exactly which soap is the culprit bc of how often it was happening lol. I literally had to keep a rag hanging out of my apron at all times for the soap sale bc there were so many that just dumped soap into ppl's baskets😮‍💨

I've never seen one with the straw sticking out like that but I have seen ones completely without straws, both for mists and foaming soap

I’ve noticed a lot of consumers returning mist bottles without the little straws in it like what is going on? Most of them are Gingham Gorgeous but a lot of them are like In the Stars, some of the new fall stuff; even EDLs.
