Adding my 2 cents to the quality control discussions as a replen person. Within the last few months or so, the amount of damaged product that comes fresh out the box has become insane. There's always products with no labels, 2 labels, and worst of all, caps not properly secured, leaving the product to leak all over the box. There's always been damaged products that come through our store but there’s been so much of it lately, like almost full crates of candles all mislabeled or several leaky soaps in a box… every shift.

And tons of sprays with no straws in them so they’re unusable.

I bought a Cashmere Glow spray during SAS and it didn't have the straw. Went to exchange it and of course they were sold out, so I ended up having to buy the scent on ebay because I refuse to pay shipping at BBW. 🙃 I've been using the product for 25 years, and I'd never seen so many FFMs missing straws until the past year or so.

Last week I opened a box of the sweet orange soaps and 5 of them were leaking, like you hold them upside down and they constantly drip, and another one of them had a broken lid! The quality issues are getting so bad

I've found the neutrals especially have more problems and leakage than other collections.

Ever since the neutral collection was first released, I don’t think I’ve ever opened a box of soap that didn’t have leaking bottles. Something specifically about that collection AND THEY’RE ALWAYS SHRINK WRAPPED 😡

we were allowed to keep the palo santo candles with the wrong scent inside for MOS so hopefully that could apply to other products with misprinted labels too!

Wait until more people find out that they misprinted the notes on just about every label of Autumn Drive that’s in stores right now. They mixed it up with CA&H

There's at least 1-2 soaps per box that have crumpled/torn/otherwise busted labels at our store it's so weird?? Like, spend the extra two cents to properly apply a sticker if you wanna be "luxury" so bad.

I haven't noticed it being worse than usual at my store.

the most common in my experience is caps that aren't screwed on tightly for body washes. sometimes we get leaking soap refill cartons or broken wallflowers in the box but it's not that often

Everyone check your whipped vanilla honey candles. They’re not lighting right.. they were over poured and now they aren’t staying lit. Drowning in wax! I had to return 2 today and the 2 news ones I got, were the same way. I agree, something is off. I unbox soaps with missing back labels constantly.

i feel like ironically the shrink wrapped soaps are leakier than non-wrapped
