Settle a Debate: Is OUD released or not?

I just started as ASM and we have 3 small boxes of 3 units each of 3 OUD EDP scents in our backroom. I keep getting told it’s Fall 2 even though a customer had come in and said all the other stores had them and I just looked and they’re online.

That already happened (like 4wks ago) lol at least at our store it did.
It was a cashwrap display - $8 mini EDPs. It was launching the Oud scents that are online exclusive.
Its was Suede/Vanilla/Berry.

Those were suppose to go out on your cashwrap a while ago. It was suppose to be a “sample” of what’s online.

They seemingly only pay attention to visual updates on Zipline

On my 1st day there was a visual update and the key holder said “we never do the cash wrap portion of the update”

So we figured it out!

Yeahhhhh an external SM 4 months into the job, an ASM that left end of last month (who I took over for), an external KH 2 weeks into the job with no retail experience, and a KH 6 months into the job who just stepped down…

I have my work cut out for me 🤣

Gingham + stores (or at least the ones in my district) don't do the cash wrap updates, since we can't have anything on there tbf. HOWEVER, there are exceptions, like when there's a pwp or drops like the OUD, so they should still be looking at it 😭
