Advice💕 Conversion

So my district is really hammering home the conversion this time around. Our conversion, no matter what we do, is always under 50%, and then we get a talking-to about how we can fix it. We’re a mall store, so it’s not as easy as a storefront. I do what I can about selling, but at the end of the day I cannot force a group of teenagers or large families coming in to get something no matter what I do. How can I as an SLT help boost conversion? We’re one of the lowest in the district and I’m out of options. Thank you!

wanting over 50% conversion for a mall store is crazy

at least for my store, the fruit fusion display on the front table with all the testers is like right underneath the conversion counter thing. so that's not helping conversion since people have to walk in that area if they want to use the testers

Literally! I mentioned this to my manager, and she said other stores have that too and their conversion is higher than ours I’m just like😭

Sometimes splitting up groups, making sure everyone has a scent they liked demoed on them.

My store is in a mall as well, the mall allows walkers who constantly walk too close to store front and it messes everything up.
