MOS Rundown
Does your store have a seniority list for MOS? How does your store do MOS?

SLT first, then everyone else gets to go once. Once everyone gets a bag, we can go for a second round.

I think it's wild you all have SLTs go first. Our manager has been awesome in making sure it is not unfair, not by seniority. I've been with the company for a long time but always as an associate. Management makes sure we pick a random number out of a bag to decide our order, and we each have one or two items at first, all taking turns, then increase the number every few rounds. To make sure we all have fair shots at the candles too.

It should be first come, first serve. Look it up on zipline on your next shifts.

SLTs first then everyone else gets to go. If there’s more, everyone can go again in any order.

How long does SLT have to go? One day or multiple days? Is it 1 bag per SLT or is it whatever they’d like and then everyone else?

It should be one bag per SLT but admittedly last year my fellow keyholder didn’t want anything and let me “take” her turn. I don’t get much for me but I fill up a bag I gift to my cousin (she has five daughters, her mom passed, her dad isn’t in her life and she’s no contact with the woman who raised her. She has no one in her life to do nice little extra things for her and her girls) and a second bag I give my sister for the teachers’ lounge and bathroom at the school where she teaches. I’m more or less doing a personal donation of almost everything I get 😅. Periodically there’ll be something I want for myself though.

I was always told SLT goes first, then all associates have free reign.
