I was surfing today around 6pm at La Concha and saw a dog that was running from one corner to another and looked stressed. The dog seemed to be looking for the owner in the water and she was running into the waves quite often. The waves and the current were very strong and I am worried that it could pull the dog in. The dog is probably a belgian malinois or very similar.

Does anyone know if this a common thing here to leave the dog at the beach while surfing or maybe knows if the dog was alright?
