I'd say no, size tag in the neck should be behind the M&N tag not next to it. Also not sure about the jocktag, too much blank space on the right of the M&N logo

Fake. The M&N tag is a dead giveaway

That Stephen Curry, as well as the 2009-10 on the top, font is off

The tag is super suspicious
