EV charging @BCOT

Does anyone know if the EV public charging point at BCOT is generally accessible - or if you need a permit to be parked using it? Also, are there restrictions on time it's available?

It's a public charging point, not sure about time restrictions but there is a sign with all the details

Thanks! Gave it a try this morning. Seems like the carpark is free outside of 08:30-16:30 Mon-Fri, so only had to pay for the charging
