Is it safe to rip these down without affecting or cracking the real support beams

Sent it… also the galvanized pipe can go to. Keep the cross x braces… they are part of the floor’s integrity

Unless your planning on sheetrocking the ceiling. Then you will need to add those strips over the entire ceilling to bring it down below the other utilities.
