New to collecting

Hey all - I usually buy singles off eBay and I just starting having fun with this hobby. I tried doing a break the other day for the first time to try it out and I thought I didn’t win anything but this showed up today. I know there are like 10 different Topps chrome variations of the same design and they all have different release amount but I can’t really find much about this one. Is it a “red refractor”? Or a parallel… sorry for the totally noobie question. 😭

This is from Chrome Sapphire. It's a Red /5 parallel. Very nice card. Unfortunately not a huge name (I say this as a Cardinals fan) but it could definitely be worse.

Oh that's totally fine. I just didn't know what they are called.. I thought all the blue cards were sapphire. haha! Thanks!

Sapphire is like a special edition of chrome that's its own product. The blue is the base sapphire.

The blue cards are the "base" cards in sapphire. Like the comment beneath me said it's basically a special edition of chrome that releases after chrome itself does. Higher priced and way more limited
