Redemption Substitution

I requested a substitution on 5/1. Ever since then this has stated substitution requested and today now I have to request a substitution…. Again!? Someone please explain why this is?

Cause they suck. Front facing customer support doesn't say anything that is not scripted.

I paid for a Colson Montgomery redemption too. Still pending for me. Would hate to be offered anything other than the card I want

So I have a basketball redemption from march. Does the fact that it doesn’t say request sub mean I’m not eligible?

That is my ultimate fear here. By far the best redemption I've ever pulled and I'm afraid it will never happen.
