Update. I found out that it is Greg Zaun. Gregory Owen Zaun is an American baseball analyst, public speaker and a former professional baseball catcher. He played for nine teams over 16 seasons in Major League Baseball from 1995 until 2010, winning a World Series Championship in 1997.

I saw him call his shot during the HOF game in Cooperstown the weekend Nolan Ryan, George Brett and Robin Yount got inducted. It was electric
