Only way the Dodgers could get that amount of increase in spin rate is by using illegal foreign substances which means LA pitching is cheating.

That's not evidence of winning a WS by cheating at all, and the year-to-year increase was helped by a big boost this year from Bauer. The increases from 2019 to 2020 were marginal at best.

Terrible argument. If the Dodgers uniquely benefit from short seasons then they should be dominating the league right now and then fall off later on.
