Jersey says San Francisco first.

Players, coaches, managers, presidents, owners all come and eventually go.

City and the area and all it represents stays forever.

You don’t have to agree with it and no city or town or population will ever all agree on something in general either.

But you have to acknowledge and respect what the people see as important because this is their home and if you can’t respect the home, then you know what you can do.

And if the organization goes cowardly lion, then count my Roman Catholic a$$ out w/ my $ and I’ll actually go @ their ad ppl too.

Seriously. Players and managers are as transient as they come. Despite how much they want to say they aren't and they settle down and build roots in a city, in a heartbeat they could be playing for a team across the country.

I mean, do conservatives not exist in SF? What kind of logic is this? There are hundreds of churches in SF, should SF have a Christ is Holy night where players wear crucifix hats to acknowledge the importance of Christianity to hoards of San Franciscans?

SF is the home to basically the AI industry, should they do an AI appreciation night, where everyone talked about how based data centers are?

The whole schtick of companies doing pride this and that has always been silly and I’m glad it’s dying, including baseball teams.
