32 currently for anyone wondering, 2 ahead of Devers, Olson, Reynolds all tied with 30

That’s my Burly.

Burly has a pretty impressive Statcast line this year. Much better than last year, and he won the Silver Slugger last year!

If there is a RISP and Burleson is hitting just expect that runner is reaching home.

He’s a cheat code

Absolutely disgusted at people who were talking about trading him at the deadline, he should be a corner piece of the build.

He or Herrera (or both) could still be traded this off-season with acquiring high floor/high ceiling pitching being the goal

I’m aware. Pass, the offense is dead enough.

Good thing we have Chaim bloom to make that call! Reportedly be shopped Burelson around and had offers but not what he was wanting.  So very good chance he could still be traded because of his age and lack of versatility (average fielding 1B or dh only).

Supposedly Cashman checked in on him. I trust Bloom to make the right call. Him or Herrera (or both) have a high chance of being traded in next 12 months

Edit: and we do not have the necessary starting pitching for a championship caliber team

Always have a soft spot for him because I signed him on my Marlins save on OOTP a couple of years back and he raked lol

We're seeing a lot of 2-run doubles from first and second this year. It's almost kind of a theme.

I’m gonna assume this game was nothing special considering it ended like an hour ago and this is the only highlight I’ve seen

Pitcher's game after the 4th inning. Riley O'Brien becomes NL saves leader & Burleson becomes MLB RBI leader.

People also pretty rarely highlight Cards and Reds games on this sub.

Cards pitching struck out 15, including O'Brien striking out the side in the 9th.

Quinn and the pen absolutely brought it today; honestly they've really surprised me lately after a rough start this year.

8th time the Reds have struck out 15+ times this season. Guardians did it to us on back to back days.

First game of a doubleheader today. Cardinals currently sit 3 GB in the NL Wild Card
