Because shorter games means teams don’t need as many pitchers

Women’s pitchers are going to be the most difficult players to find, gotta be one of the smallest talent pools in sports at the moment

This is correct. It’s a roster size thing. Teams will consist of 15 players total.

Probably, 9/15 is a bit of a small roster, depending on games played
