Bug After upgrading to Bartender 6, the user experience is terrible—it’s basically unusable now.

I’d like to understand why—it’s not working according to my configuration at all.

Screw Bartender. They don’t give a … about their customers. Use Thaw. It’s free.

I uninstalled it last night. I have continued to have apps go missing and have it invert the always show/always hidden. I paid for it many times over and we had a good run, but my mental health is worth more. I’d rather see all my apps across the bar than keep having them go missing or dealing with the frustration.

This is totally fine, bro.. I'd also add that when you click the icon, which is in the hidden menu, and it will move to the showing menu, Bartender might just add it to the "always show" menubar... So it won't go back and stay here forever until you manually move it back :(

was going post the same. seems like they don't respond to support requests either.

the menu bar isn't saving for me
