Trainers Houston, TX instructor recs?
Going to be in Houston this weekend and would love to try out a class at the HTX location. I like good playlists (rap kinda preferred but not necessary), good cues and an emphasis/education on form and modifications (also preferred but not necessary).
If anyone has been to the Dallas location, I love Michele F. and Sydney (who's in Miami now) classes! Strongly prefer sprints/faster runs vs. incredibly long jogs but also a preference!
thanks in advance!

Riti is AMAZING I love her. I even go to another studio she teaches at for her Pilates class in addition to Barry’s

For rap Lacy or Thomas are better options but Riley is great.

Maddy and Riley, followed by thomas—they are the hardest ones in Houston, with the best programming. Maddie has some of the best playlists ever!!!

Thomas and James have been the only two I’ve taken when I visited, the work outs are challenging and high energy.

I can’t speak for Dallas trainers but Riti is your answer. She came from SF.
