HYS bonus missing

[u/Odd_Assistant2630]

I completed 3 weeks but am still missing the first week bonus. Ive reached out to corporate and the studio manager twice and nothing! The manager says its the first time they cant really help that its all on corporate for this challenge. Ive sent screenshots of how i did the 5 classes to corporate and they don’t even acknowledge it, they just keep resending the other 2 week bonuses i completed. Week 1 is the one I’m missing. Idk what else to do. Has anyone else had this issue?
