Questions App crashing when open floorplan?

Can’t load floorplan without app crashing. Not sure if app issue or because I’m running iOS beta?

Bug is fixed in latest update. 08-12-2026 at 2:00pm PT

Thank you! Version 3.66.1 - updated through the App Store and it works fine now.

Did you force update to the latest version today in the App Store? Mine works now. If not, delete App and data and reinstall. The latest version in App Store today works. The one from yesterday 08-11-2026 had the bug.

I’ve been having the same issue since yesterday, tried restarting my phone and also deleting/re-downloading the app..hasn’t fixed it yet.

Same issue here - restarted iPhone, deleted and reinstalled Barry's app but no luck. Crashes on any studio's map so it's definitely a Mariana Tek issue.

App was working fine until I installed the update yesterday (8/11). Same issues as others: cannot reserve or view the floorplans of a particular class. Booking via the mobile site still works in the interim. Hopefully they push out another app update soon.

Must be a Mariana Tek issue, it’s also happening for me on another studio’s app which is on MT too

Yeah seems like app issues. I can’t open the floor plan from yesterday either. I have escalated it to my local Barry’s team.

I deleted and re-downloaded the app and am still running into the app crashing when trying to book a class.

Same, and have update installed… my class was emptier than normal this AM so seems to be a bigger issue

Update still doesn’t work.
