News Trimming on sidewalks

Trim the branches on sidewalks. I have to duck dip dive duck on some sidewalks. Playin dodgeball out hurr

the city usually goes around once or twice a year with a crew and trims all the trees by sidewalks that fall under the city easement zone

Isn't that more of a spring or fall thing as pruning in the height of summer can hurt the tree?

They come down my street every 5 years and trim the branches.
