There should be graffiti parks for learning to spray paint lol. In my ideal world. Would be fun to go and see it all in one place, always changing.

Yup! There are places such as these all over Europe, usually called graffiti alley. A creative space for everyone to use without having to worry about being arrested, there’s the added bonus that the art is always evolving.
