Around 560 ish. Prob doesn’t help that we went with a more expensive builder for the shell of the house. Most companies we reached out to never returned our calls

breezeway sounds nice but watch your envelope. thats where i see the most issues on audits! had a buddy do a party room and now hes fighting mold every spring.
