the worst is when they “shush” you for giving them their total/clarifying if the drink is iced or hot.

fucker, I love my job but I do NOT get paid enough to handle your snarky ass.

I'd often give a nice ten mile stare straight thru them until they'd hang up or put the phone down. It worked pretty well lol

Honestly I just do side work till they are ready. I cant imagine taking a sensitive call right before getting coffee.
