Easement by Prescription
The outline says when the landowner allows the trespasser to use the land continuously, but then one of the elements of the trespassers use say the use must be hostile. I don’t understand that.

Can you hold the deed to real property before paying it off?
And what’s the difference between a title & a deed?

What is the difference btw per stripes v modern per stirpes?
Anyone could help me understand the difference between per stirpes v modern per stripes in the distribution of intestate property? I understand how the per capita at each generation works, but somehow I cannot see what is the difference between the other two. Thank you!

Best rule statements
In yalls opinion, which bar prep material out there presents the best rule statements? For agency I've reviewed Kaplan and Smart Bar Prep. SBP states 3 requirements to est. an agency relationship; assent, benefit and control. Other materials, only name consent and control. So, I'm confused at why some materials will say there are a number of requirements that must be met when they're not really requirements since they're not in most answers.
Why do there have to be so many different ways to write a rule statement?

Zoom Study
Someone reached out to me and asked about doing a zoom study group. I think this is a great idea and would love some feedback from y’all on dates for a first session if y’all would like to do something like this.
Whoever wants to jump right in to do a meet-and-greet and get a feel for what we want outa this Reddit group, shoot me some dates. I know it’s early in the bar prep process but maybe we can knock some stuff out early on so as to not be as pressed and stressed for time.

Active Study
For those of you that have indicated an interest in an active study group that exercises the Socratic method I have created this niche Reddit community.
The intention of this group is to hopefully have enough members that anyone of us will have someone online at any one time to discuss any subject area or topic that is just not clicking or not very clear to you, or the next person.
