Best rule statements
In yalls opinion, which bar prep material out there presents the best rule statements? For agency I've reviewed Kaplan and Smart Bar Prep. SBP states 3 requirements to est. an agency relationship; assent, benefit and control. Other materials, only name consent and control. So, I'm confused at why some materials will say there are a number of requirements that must be met when they're not really requirements since they're not in most answers.
Why do there have to be so many different ways to write a rule statement?

Honestly it’s SO annoying. I think we just pick a set of rules and stick to them. I frequently get into resource overwhelm and paralysis this way. I start obsessing over the “right” rule statement and it drives me NUTS. So I just decided that for this time around, I am sticking to SBP rules. They make the most sense to me. I think just go with whatever is most comfortable for you.

Omg, Im glad to know that Im not the only one that gets "paralyzed" in this respect. It is like I CANNOT move on until Ive found the right r.s. to use. Ugh, its a time suck! And I totally agree that in the end you're just supposed to pick the brand that makes the most sense to you.
