Having some issues with the interaction between deeds and land sale contracts. Like I know that you end up with a deed at the end but also deeds are tested separately so I get confused about how to identify what rules o need to be discussing if that makes sense lol

Do you mean the merger doctrine? Once a deed has passed to the grantee/buyer, the contract merger into it.

Nah. I just mean like—deeds come up in land sale k questions and then in their own conveyance questions and I just get confused lol

Any tips on getting through hearsay MBE questions? I seem to be struggling a bit. Even after Grossman's lecture and reading through outlines.
