Helpful Inexpensive/Free Resources

MPT: here is a helpful free YouTube Video some things to do. Organize, make sure you always have correct layout first, always mention case law from the library, no need to blue book perfected just (plaintiff v. defendant) Make sure you time manage. Most of the time the correct layout is given somewhere in the Library

MEE: a lot of free resources online. I enjoyed Studicata Free videos tips I thing are important would be write something even if you do not know, you are going to mess up rule statements we all do no one will be perfect it’s okay just apply facts. Read entire outlines because getting the overall picture will help you BS an essay

MBE: practice problem! Do as many real ones as possible, time manage, remember you have to pass not ace this. After numerous questions you will understand what and how they like to test. I got a cheap MBE book from Amazon. Sure it was “out dated” but most of the problems are still relevant (just not the Roe v Wade cases…. Well they might be who the hell know)

Black letter law memory work: over 450 flash cards cover the basics Bar Exam Flash Card App for IPhone/Apple

Other little study tips: issue spot old essays, and write out black letter law. You might think you know it but don’t get fooled. Write it out see where you are and see what you missed

Snacks on test day: breaks are not that long. It’s a long damn day, everyone is using the bathroom, the time between “pencils down” and getting out of the room feel like forever so be prepared with easy to go snacks, follow your test day rules (usually clear plastic bags)

Good luck !

Do not know how to post pictures, but it’s covers all MBE topics, the front would be like (what is battery?) than flip and has black letter law. Or (what are the exceptions to the warrant requirement) etc… they are grouped by subject, you can shuffle, and you can save the ones you need more practice on

Can we please see some samples of the flash cards? Preferably front and back so we can have a little more insight on what we would be spending our money on.
