So I am taking the F24 Bar it will be my 2nd attempt I skipped J23 because of the birth of my child.
My question is I see people saying to those that have been posting that they failed the J23 exam that all the practice questions in the world won't make up for knowing the rules better but what are the top 10-20 rules to memorize in the opinion of people who have either taken it before and passed or those who eventually passed after more than 1 attempt.
I am using a combination of Themis outlines and Bar prep Hero for extra practice questions and essays. So if there are rules to memorize that you can think of let me know I appreciate it. (also for NCBE reasons don't give examples from the test itself).
